These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through Vampires Dont Sleep (“VDS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders are accepted subject to product availability and successful payment. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or payment cannot be verified.
We aim to display product descriptions, images and prices accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen. Prices are shown in euro unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details on our website.
Delivery terms and charges are set out on our Shipping page and are confirmed during checkout. Delivery is free for qualifying orders over €200.
Our returns policy is set out on the Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Unless otherwise stated, the VDS website, branding, imagery, text and original creative material are owned by or licensed to VDS and may not be reproduced without permission.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
