We want you to be happy with your VDS purchase. This policy applies alongside any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Unless a different statutory period applies, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an eligible item.
Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable. We may refuse or reduce a refund where an item has been used or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will provide return instructions where the return is eligible.
Once an eligible return is received and checked, approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by payment provider.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where useful. We will work with you on the appropriate remedy.
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.
Items that cannot lawfully be returned or that are personalised or made specifically to a customer's requirements may be excluded where permitted by law.
